Secretary, Posts vide letter no. 04-44/2012 - SPB. II dated 18.04.2013 has conveyed the decision to fill the existing HSG I vacancies according to rules in force at present. DOPT has agreed this until new Recruitment rules came into existence.
It is expected that this will help many employees in Dept. of Posts to get their promotion which is already delayed. Secretary in her above memo asked all the circle heads to complete the task before 30.04.2013
